With my initial enquiry being followed up with a phone call within half an hour, and from there on it just kept coming. Track n Trace gratefully talked me through the process and even followed up with calls to check on my progress throughout the stocktake period. In the past I have done all my store stocktakes manually, this would normally take 2 teams of 3, two weeks to do in our 400 mtr floor space plus store room.
